Having a Real Estate Agent is invaluable when you are buying a home. Once you have committed to purchasing, one of the first things I will do as your Agent, if you have not done so already, is connect you with a trusted Lender who will take you through the pre-approval process so you may begin shopping for your new home. House hunting can be a weary process at the best of times, and will require you to make concessions so that your dreams can match up with the reality of 1) What is available and 2) What you can afford. I will familiarize myself with what you want most and find options that meet your specifications. Once we have some options determined, I will then analyze the value of the home you are looking to purchase and advise you what your initial offer should be and how to proceed accordingly when the seller responds. My goal as your Agent is always to effectively negotiate to get you the very best possible price on the home of your dreams. Ultimately, you are beholden to the market, but I work hard to tip the scales in your favor. Once your offer is accepted, I will be there alongside you at the closing so you have support and advice should you need it and will finalize any loose ends so that the closing goes through without a hitch. 


As your Listing Agent, my number one priority is to maximize your property value so you will receive TOP dollar for your home. In order to accomplish this, I may recommend improvements you should make to your home (if any) to increase the amount it sells for, as well as, recommend high quality service providers at reasonable prices (e.g. an inspector, handyman, painter, landscaper, etc). Additionally, I provide all Sellers with a complimentary comparative market analysis (CMA). The CMA will provide you with more information on what people are willing to pay for homes that are similar to yours, so you can set a competitive price. Once your home is listed, I will review each offer and help you negotiate terms to get the best deal. Upon accepting an offer, I am here to guide you through all of the paperwork and steps that need to be completed in the closing process to officially hand over your keys to the new owner.
