For your convenience, we offer flexible appointment options. Our mobile notary services are available at various locations, including your residence, place of business, hospital, nursing home, airport, correctional facility, courthouse, or any other mutually agreeable venue. Additionally, we offer limited appointments at our Winter Park, FL office.

Our notary fee structure is as follows:

 

  • Notarial certificates: $10 per certificate/seal 

  • Mobile notary service: In addition to the notarial fee, a travel fee will apply for all mobile service. This travel fee is based on the distance from the Notary's home location and includes:

 

Base travel fee: $20

Mileage fee: $1.00 per mile (total roundtrip)

Actual toll expenses, if applicable.

 

Travel fees shall be agreed to and paid in advance of the appointment. For appointments scheduled outside of regular business hours (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday) or on a Federal holiday, an additional fee of $25 will be applied.
